Digital delivery
The product is delivered electronically through Payhip after a successful purchase. No physical item is shipped and no shipping charge applies. The buyer is responsible for entering a working email address and downloading the files from the delivery page or receipt.
Refunds
Because access to downloadable files is provided immediately, purchases are generally final once access is supplied, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Defective or inaccessible files
If a purchased file is missing, corrupted or inaccessible, contact support@digitalechoesacademy.com with the purchase email and order information. We will make a reasonable effort to restore access or provide a working replacement.
